Personal message from Lynn Warren

Hello and Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!

My name is Lynn Warren and I am a mum of 3, Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Breast Feeding Peer Support Worker.  I have 8 year old twins and a 5 year old to keep me on my toes!! I was lucky enough to have a lovely natural birth with my twins and to have the most incredible home birth using The Wise Hippo birthing techniques with Ruby (my own little wise hippo) and I look forward to showing you how to achieve the ‘Right Birth on the day’ for you too. 

I cannot recommend the techniques we teach enough after using them myself and I love spreading the word to my couples. It’s wonderful to hear how empowered they felt during the birth of their babies, whatever their birth outcome, whether they had a natural birth, assisted delivery, c section.  These techniques will help you feel prepared, focused, in control, relaxed and really looking forward to the birth of your baby. 

I have been teaching pregnant couples for over 7 years now and I love it!!
